1. 负责具身大脑模型的预训练，构建面向真实物理环境的多模态理解、空间认知与时序理解、思维链推理能力，支撑机器人任务规划与行动决策。 2. 数据和模型规模化：研发高效的数据和训练策略，支撑千亿级以上模型参数/千万小时级以上具身数据，探索数据和模型的 Scaling Law。 3. 具身原生多模态能力：构建具身原生多模态模型，研发语言、视觉、动作、多模态一体的具身原生Omni模型。 4. 团队建设：制定技术路线与研发目标，建设预训练团队，推动关键技术突破与成果落地。

1. 具备扎实的深度学习基础，有大语言模型、多模态模型或视频模型预训练经验，主导过完整训练项目。 2. 深入理解模型架构、训练目标与优化方法，具备大规模分布式训练和复杂问题排查能力。 3. 具备较强的实验设计与技术判断能力，能够通过严谨实验验证研究假设、明确研发方向。 4. 具备团队管理与跨团队协作能力，能够拆解目标、组织研发并对结果负责。 加分项 1. 有行业领先大模型预训练项目的核心研发经历。 2. 有多模态大脑与机器人 Policy、Agent 系统协同训练及真机落地经验。
