岗位职责 1. 负责具身大模型的数据研发与体系建设，围绕数据理解与标注、数据算子、数据体系、数据 Recipe 和模型反馈闭环，打造可规模化、可持续迭代的数据体系，持续提升数据效率与模型能力。 2. 数据标注与算子研发：面向机器人真机数据、UMI 数据、Ego 数据，研发具身数据标注算子，探索基于 VLM、Agent 的自动理解、精细化标注与质量验证方法。 3. 数据体系建设：建立统一的具身数据分类体系，建设数据质量评估与管理平台，推进数据 recipe 探索以及模型反馈闭环。 4. 技术规划与团队建设：制定数据方向的技术路线和阶段目标，建设数据算法与工程团队，对数据交付质量、研发效率与模型收益负责。

任职要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、机器人或相关专业，研究生以上学历，具备扎实的机器学习、多模态理解与数据工程基础。 2. 具有大语言模型、多模态模型、视频模型或具身模型的数据研发经验，曾主导或深度参与大规模数据处理、自动标注、质量筛选或数据配比优化。 3. 具备扎实的编程与系统落地能力，熟悉 Python、主流深度学习框架及分布式数据处理，能够推动研究方法转化为稳定、高效的数据流水线。 4. 具备技术规划、团队管理与跨团队协作能力，能够拆解复杂问题、明确优先级并推动结果交付。 加分项 1. 具备 VLA、世界模型或机器人策略学习相关经验，熟悉机器人真机/UMI/Ego数据、动作表示及多传感器数据。 2. 在精细化视频描述、自动标注 Agent、数据质量建模、主动学习或合成数据方向有深入研究或落地成果。 3. 有从零搭建大模型数据体系、带领数据研发团队，或通过数据策略显著提升模型能力的实践经验。
