The posting

岗位职责： 1. 负责平台 Web 前端开发与维护，覆盖数据采集、任务管理、训练评测、模型部署等核心模块的界面实现与交互优化；根据产品原型与交互反馈推进首页与整体 UI 改版、中英文多语言切换等体验迭代。 2. 负责平台前后端及系统集成开发，设计并维护服务接口与公共组件，推动算法、数据和设备相关系统的工程化接入，提升系统扩展性、稳定性和集成效率。 3. 负责平台服务、GPU 计算节点、数据库和存储的日常运维，建设监控、日志和告警机制，定位服务异常、任务卡住、资源泄漏及磁盘容量等问题；承担版本发布、配置变更、补丁更新与回滚，做好环境隔离与变更管理，保障采集、训练、评测及推理任务稳定运行。 4. 负责将整套采训推平台交付到客户环境：调研客户业务规模、算力需求与现有 IT 环境，输出部署架构与容量规划方案；完成服务器与 GPU 节点配置、平台上线、业务联调及功能、性能和恢复验证，交付技术文档并培训客户管理员，推动验收和运维移交。 5. 建设标准交付包、离线依赖、配置模板、自动化安装与环境自检工具，支持内网、隔离网络及离线部署，将客户场景和部署环境的共性需求沉淀为标准产品能力。 6. 沉淀平台使用流程 SOP、运维手册与故障处理流程，协同算法、产品及交付团队完成技术方案、开发联调和质量保障。

  • 计算机或相关专业本科及以上，有开发或运维相关经验（Web 前端、后端 Python / Java / C++ / Golang 或 DevOps 方向均可），有平台开发、系统集成或私有化交付完整项目经历优先。
  • 前端方向：熟练掌握 TypeScript / JavaScript 与 React、Vue 等主流框架及配套工程化工具链，理解组件化设计、状态管理与前端性能优化，具备 UI / UX 还原能力；有国际化（i18n）与中英文切换实践经验优先。
  • 后端与集成方向：熟悉 FastAPI、Spring Boot 等框架和 HTTP / REST API，理解 RPC、消息队列、消息序列化及接口兼容设计；熟悉异步任务、进程管理、并发控制和状态机，能够处理长任务运行及异常恢复问题。
  • 运维与交付方向：熟悉 Linux、systemd、Docker、网络、反向代理和 TLS，能够独立排查生产环境问题；具备 Kubernetes 集群部署或运维经验，理解多节点网络、持久化存储及资源配额；熟悉 MySQL、对象存储及监控日志工具，具备备份恢复和容量管理经验。
  • 熟悉 GPU 服务器、驱动、CUDA 和 GPU 容器环境，能够评估训练推理场景的算力及存储需求；有 NVIDIA GPU、GPU 集群或 AI 平台经验优先。
  • 了解 AI 数据集、训练和推理流程，或对机器人、具身智能领域有浓厚兴趣；有机器人数据采集、训练平台或 ROS 2 相关经验优先。
  • 熟悉 Git、Shell 与基本测试方法，具备跨模块排障能力；熟练使用 Python 脚本者优先；能够独立编写方案、推进实施、开展培训并协调客户 IT 与内部研发，可适应客户现场交付与离线交付场景。
