岗位职责 1. 参与机器人 / 设备端 HMI 客户端功能开发与迭代（界面、交互、业务逻辑） 2. 协助完成页面还原、组件封装、状态管理与基础模块联调 3. 配合完成与车端 / 服务端的通信联调（如 gRPC、MQTT、HTTP 等） 4. 修复已知问题，补充日志、自测与简单文档 5. 参与 Code Review，按团队规范推进功能上线

任职要求 1. 计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业在读，每周可到岗 3 天及以上，实习 3 个月及以上 2. 熟悉至少一种客户端技术：Flutter / Dart 优先；有 Android、iOS、前端经验亦可 3. 理解面向对象、异步编程、基础数据结构；能独立完成小功能开发 4. 了解 Git 基本流程；有责任心，沟通顺畅，能主动推进问题闭环 5. 对机器人、车载 / 工业 HMI、嵌入式联动等方向有兴趣 加分项 - 有 Flutter 实战项目（GitHub / 作品集可展示） - 了解 Riverpod / Provider、路由、多端适配经验 - 接触过 gRPC / Protobuf、MQTT、WebSocket 等通信协议 - 有地图、可视化、复杂列表 / 状态机交互经验 - 了解 Android 系统层、Launcher、权限、打包发布流程 - 英文文档阅读能力较好 技术栈参考（入职后会接触） - 语言 / 框架：Dart、Flutter - 状态管理：Riverpod 等 - 通信与数据：gRPC、Protobuf、MQTT、HTTP（Dio） - 工程化：FVM、多 flavor 构建、多平台（Android / macOS 等） - 其他：本地存储、日志与异常排查、模块化业务开发 我们提供 - 真实量产向 HMI 项目实战，导师带教 - 完整研发流程体验：需求 → 开发 → 联调 → 发布 - 表现优秀可转正 / 优先校招通道
