岗位职责 参与核心平台的设计与开发，涵盖机器人调度、多媒体处理及基础架构等多个前沿领域： 基础平台研发 参与离线部署平台与地图编辑平台的研发与优化，提升系统在无网或弱网环境下的稳定部署能力及高精度地图数据处理效率。 音视频与AI模型集成 负责视频流传输优化、多媒体数据处理，以及语音模型的工程化落地与工程对接，提升机器人的人机交互体验。 机器人调度与业务系统 参与机器人转运平台、巡检平台的架构设计与核心代码编写，优化多机协同与物资转运效率。 参与任务管理平台的开发，负责任务调度、状态机维护、链路追踪及数据统计。

任职要求 【必备条件】 编程语言：熟练掌握 Java、Go、Python、C++ 中的至少一种，具备良好的编码习惯、扎实的数据结构与算法基础。 计算机基础：熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握常用的网络编程（HTTP/gRPC/WebSocket）及多线程并发编程。 数据库与中间件：熟悉至少一种主流数据库（如 MySQL、Redis 等），了解基本的缓存与持久化设计。

【加分项（满足任意一条即可）】 有音视频处理（WebRTC、RTSP、FFmpeg）或语音识别/合成模型对接经验者优先。 有机器人操作系统（ROS/ROS2）开发经验，或熟悉前端地图可视化（如 WebGL、Three.js、Leaflet）者优先。 有分布式系统、云原生（Docker、K8s）开发经验者优先。 有优秀的工程落地能力，热衷于解决挑战性问题。
