The posting

职位概述 负责面向机器人部署态的 Skill 体系设计、Agent 能力编排、Taskflow 自动生成以及云端/端侧模型能力建设。该岗位需要将语音、文字和业务目标转化为可执行、可验证、可复用的机器人标准化作业程序 SOP，并推动 robo-skill.md 成为机器人部署态的标准规范。

主要职责 1.设计并推进 skill.md / robo-skill.md 规范，定义机器人部署态 Skill 的结构、字段、约束和验收方式。 2.建设 AI Agent 任务编排能力，将语音/文字描述自动转化为可执行的 Taskflow。 3.将机器人能力、云端服务、数据平台能力封装为标准工具，并接入 MCP 工具生态。 4.负责模型微调、评测、Prompt / RAG 优化和数据构造，提升任务生成与执行稳定性。 5.推进云端和端侧模型部署，配合机器人任务系统完成技能验证、执行监控和效果迭代。 承担主要目标/关键任务 建立机器人 Skill 标准、Agent 编排体系和从语音/文字描述自动生成 Taskflow 的能力。 一句话说明白为什么要招这个岗位，要解决什么业务问题？ 解决机器人任务开发依赖人工硬编码、技能复用差、部署态 SOP 不标准、自然语言到可执行任务链路不稳定的问题。

任职要求 1.熟悉大模型 Agent 架构、工具调用、Function Calling、Planner / Executor、Memory、Workflow 等核心概念。 2.熟练编写结构化 Skill 文档，理解 skill.md 的元数据、触发条件、输入输出、执行约束、验证方式等设计要点。 3.能够设计 robo-skill.md 等机器人部署态 Skill 规范，覆盖任务描述、环境约束、能力依赖、参数 schema、执行步骤、异常处理、验收标准等内容。 4.熟悉 MCP 协议及工具服务设计，能够将机器人能力、云端服务、数据平台能力封装为可调用工具。 5.熟悉 Prompt Engineering、RAG、模型微调、模型评测、数据构造和效果迭代方法。 6.具备云端模型服务部署经验，了解端侧模型部署、量化、推理加速或资源受限环境优化者优先。 7.熟悉 Python，能够开发 Agent 服务、任务编排服务、评测工具和自动化脚本。 8.了解机器人任务规划、行为树、状态机、ROS / ROS2、仿真或机器人控制接口者优先。 9.具备较强的抽象建模能力，能够把非结构化业务描述转化为稳定、可执行、可验证的任务流。
