1.综合行政： 负责子公司办公场地改造的需求管理，同时保障办公场地硬件设施合规可用、稳定运行。 负责公司办公环境整体规划、日常运维与6S标准化管理，常态化开展现场巡检、问题整改、故障报修及闭环跟进；搭建员工行政咨询及反馈渠道，快速响应员工办公后勤需求，持续优化办公体验。 统筹对接园区物业各项事务，负责物业需求提报、现场协调、服务监督、问题复盘，规范园区物业服务标准，保障园区配套、公共区域、后勤服务有序运转。 负责子公司固定资产、办公设备、后勤物资、低值易耗品的采购配置、入库登记、台账管理、定期盘点、维保跟进及报废处置，实现资产物资全生命周期闭环管理，严控物资损耗与成本浪费。 负责子公司公共类费用（物业、水电、场地、后勤杂费等）月度核对、结算对账、数据统计及费用分析，输出月度费用台账及优化建议，实现子公司行政费用精细化管控。 协助完成子公司各类行政后勤保障、日常运营支撑及专项事务落地，配合总部行政体系标准化落地与执行。 2、员工服务： 负责员工福利类物资的需求调研、品类规划、采购统筹、品质验收与发放管理，若依托于集团平台做特殊化需求，则由子公司端到端闭环。 搭建常态化员工行政服务咨询渠道，高效解答员工日常行政、后勤、福利相关问题；统筹负责新员工入职礼包定制、发放及全流程落地，全权负责公司年度团建、全员年会、年度体检等大型员工专项活动的策划、落地、执行及复盘闭环。 依托集团行政平台餐饮、住宿、通勤交通等后勤配套管理，端到端负责子公司单独签署和结算 搭建常态化员工咨询服务机制，快速响应、解答员工日常行政问询；统筹负责新员工入职礼包定制发放、公司年度团建、年会、全员年度体检等大型员工专项

本科及以上学历，行政管理、人力资源管理、工商管理、公共管理等相关专业优先。 3年以上行政或综合管理相关工作经验，其中至少1年担任行政BP、HRBP或业务部门综合管理岗位经验。 有支持过销售、研发、运营等业务团队的经验者优先。
