1. 负责集团公司海外业务相关的全流程法律事务，包括但不限于涉外合同审核、法律文件起草、合同模板体系搭建及日常法律咨询，为海外业务拓展提供及时、专业的法律保障。 2. 协助开展境外投融资、并购等项目，牵头完成法律尽职调查、风险评估、交易结构设计、协议谈判、交割支持及投后法律合规管理等全链条工作。 3. 负责集团境外子公司的设立、变更及维护，与秘书公司的对接，确保各境外主体合法存续并符合当地监管要求。 4. 持续跟踪国际贸易规则、出口管制、跨境数据合规、反不正当竞争等重点领域的法律法规及政策动态，识别潜在法律风险，主动输出可落地的合规解决方案。 5. 统筹协调海外律师资源，协助推进海外重要项目的落地实施。

1. 法律或法学硕士以上学历，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试，有海外留学经验者优先； 2. 5年以上涉外法律相关工作经验，有大型公司涉外法务或者涉外律师经验者优先； 3. 熟练掌握国际贸易规则，熟悉跨境合规、境外投资等涉外法律法规； 4. 英语听说能力优秀，能以英语作为工作语言，能够熟练处理英文法律文件并使用英语参与谈判； 5. 具有较强的人际沟通能力与跨部门协作能力，能独立开展工作并有效推动解决实际问题； 6. 具备优秀的法律逻辑思维、风险识别能力、问题解决能力及文书表达能力。
