1.深入理解子公司业务财务流程，紧密结合业务实际，搭建费用预算和核算流程，确保费用数据的准确性和及时性； 2.项目全生命周期财务管理，根据产品特点和场景，持续优化财务管理方法，并在项目评审环节评估从财务角度评估风险和机会，提供财务建议； 3.例行开展月度经营分析，协同业务部门完成公司月度财务预测，及时披露风险并跟进解决； 4.基于四算角度审视子公司各项费用投入，管理人财物投入在可控范围内，并优化基线建设； 5.支持所负责子公司的合同财务条款评审，提示涉及的财税风险； 6.支持母公司和子公司的各项财务对接和关联结算工作；

日常财务支持（出纳/核算方向）

1.负责子公司的发票/单据整理与归档，协助报销、成本及费用入账、凭证整理等基础核算工作； 2.协助子公司的付款申请审核、网银支付、资金日报/周报、账户余额及资金计划基础维护等银行工作； 3.配合月结、审计/尽调等基础资料准备及其他财务支持工作。

1.本科及以上学历，财会，经济、工商管理、统计学或相关专业优先，具备扎实的财会基础； 2.有3年以上ICT或智能设备制造业财务BP经验，熟悉IPD流程以及相应财务管理流程要求；有制造成本归集经验为佳； 3.善于跨部门高效合作，沟通协调与团队协作能力强； 4.具备强烈责任心，能够承受工作压力，具备强跨团队协调能力和良好逻辑思维和数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Power BI等工具； 5.做事细致、责任心强、原则性与保密意识强，沟通协作能力良好； 6.Base上海，视项目需要，能够接受短期出差。
