1. 负责机器人核心平台（瑞芯微3588、英伟达Orin）BSP全流程开发，涵盖Linux内核移植、裁剪、驱动开发及抽象层API设计与实现，搭建标准化工具链，保障底层软件架构的稳定性与可扩展性。 2. 主导蓝牙（BLE）、WiFi（含WiFi 6）、5G等无线通信模块的驱动适配与集成优化，解决多模块共存干扰、链路稳定性、功耗控制及数据传输丢包延迟问题，支撑机器人远程控制与数据交互需求。 3. 负责Linux网络设备、块设备、字符设备驱动开发，聚焦网卡、USB、电源管理等核心外设，解决设备识别异常、功耗过高、资源冲突等问题，适配机器人多外设接入场景。 4. 优化机器人系统性能，搭建负载监控体系，调整内核调度参数、内存分配及IO资源策略，保障机器人实时控制指令的毫秒级响应，提升系统并发处理能力与可靠性。 5. 对接OTA升级、诊断及信息安全机制，完成BSP层适配与优化，实现升级包加密校验、异常回滚及底层安全防护，保障机器人全系统升级安全与故障快速定位。 6. 跨部门协同硬件、固件、软件及算法团队，提供底层技术支撑，推动算法功能在机器人上的集成联调，排查并解决软硬件兼容、底层资源冲突等核心技术难题。 7. 制定BSP层开发规范与技术标准，沉淀驱动开发、性能优化及问题排查经验，提升团队整体研发效率。

1. 计算机、电子信息、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历（硕士、博士优先），3年以上嵌入式BSP开发工作经验，有机器人领域相关经验者优先。 2. 精通C/C++编程语言，具备扎实的嵌入式开发功底，熟悉Linux系统移植、裁剪、驱动开发及应用开发全流程，有Linux 4.19/5.15及以上内核实战经验。 3. 熟悉ARM/RISC-V体系架构，深入理解Linux内核工作原理，掌握内核与用户空间通信机制（ioctl、netlink、proc等），具备内核调试与优化能力。 4. 精通Linux网络设备、块设备、字符设备驱动开发，拥有网卡、USB、电源管理等外设驱动开发经验；熟悉SPI、I2C、CAN、PCIe、USB等总线协议。 5. 具备蓝牙、WiFi、5G等无线模块驱动适配与集成经验，能独立解决多模块协同干扰、链路稳定性等问题，有工业级无线通信开发经验者优先。 6. 熟悉OTA升级、系统诊断、信息安全防护机制，具备相关功能在BSP层的集成优化经验。 7. 精通瑞芯微3588、英伟达Orin平台者优先，具备双平台协同开发及性能调优经验者加分。 8. 具备较强的问题排查能力、技术攻坚能力及跨部门沟通协调能力，能承受项目压力，有量产项目落地经验者优先。 加分项 1. 有协作机器人、工业机器人BSP开发项目主导经验者。 2. 熟悉Yocto、Buildroot等嵌入式构建系统，具备定制化系统镜像开发经验。 3. 了解实时操作系统（RT-Thread、FreeRTOS），具备机器人实时控制场景性能优化经验。 4. 参与过开源BSP项目或有相关技术专利、技术分享者。
