岗位描述：我们期待找到一位在MCU平台有量产经验的资深工程师，在这里你将负责机器人数据链路的实时性设计、开发和调试工作，参与到机器人的量产工作中。 岗位职责 1. 负责3588平台与MCU之间的链路开发，实现控制信息的可靠传输，保障数据传输的实时性与准确性； 2. 主导MCU端CAN协议开发，完成控制信息到CAN信号的转换与发送，实现与电机的高效通信适配； 3. 负责电机驱动的适配与开发工作，包括电机控制逻辑实现、参数调试、性能优化，保障电机运行的稳定性与可靠性； 4. 参与嵌入式系统整体架构设计，负责3588平台、MCU、电机驱动模块的协同开发与联调； 5. 排查嵌入式系统开发过程中的通信故障、驱动异常等技术问题，优化系统性能； 6. 配合硬件团队完成硬件选型与测试，提供嵌入式开发视角的技术建议； 7. 编写并维护嵌入式开发相关技术文档，包括需求文档、设计文档、测试用例、调试手册等。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、自动化、电气工程等相关专业，5年以上嵌入式开发经验； 2. 熟悉Ethercat/SPI协议原理与开发，具备丰富的Ethercat/SPI通信调试经验，能独立解决Ethercat/SPI通信中的时序、丢包等问题； 3. 精通CAN协议（CAN 2.0、CAN FD优先），具备MCU端CAN驱动开发与调试经验，熟悉CAN总线网络管理； 4. 精通MCU开发（如STM32、GD32等系列），熟悉嵌入式C语言编程，具备扎实的嵌入式底层开发基础； 5. 具备电机驱动适配与开发经验，了解电机控制原理（如FOC、方波控制等），能独立完成电机驱动的调试与优化； 6. 熟悉3588平台相关开发者优先，了解嵌入式Linux系统底层驱动开发基础者优先； 7. 具备较强的问题排查能力、逻辑思维能力和技术攻坚能力，能独立解决嵌入式开发中的复杂技术问题； 8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和较强的责任心，能承受项目压力。

加分项 1. 有3588平台与MCU协同开发项目经验者； 2. 具备工业机器人、智能装备等领域电机控制开发经验者； 3. 熟悉实时操作系统（如FreeRTOS、RT-Thread）在嵌入式开发中的应用者； 4. 有电机驱动性能优化、低功耗开发经验者
