1.负责C端/员工的服务体验管理工作，包括餐饮商配、差旅出行、综合服务等专项业务板块； 2.负责公司行政服务类服务商的管理，规范供应商资源，监理健全供应商从引入、筹备、运营管理到汰换退出的全流程管理，确保起服务符合行政服务品质要求； 3.制定相关业务板块的服务解决方案、规则制度、标准流程，能发现、对接并高效利用市场化服务资源提供物美价廉的服务内容； 4.关注C端/员工体验感，挖掘员工日常需求，主导性完成新型服务的设计与落地，提升行政满意度； 5.建设C端服务宣传渠道，形成服务影响力。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，具有相关工作经验5年及以上，包括餐饮商配、差旅出行等方向，具备大型餐厅建设运营或商配引入以及C端服务设计等方面经验的优先考虑； 2. 具有较强的自驱力、细致度、同理心和抗压能力，适应创新公司快速发展的相关文化调性； 3. 具有大型企事业单位、互联网大厂相关经验的优先考虑； 4.具备一定的英语能力基础。
