【岗位职责】 1、在高通Hexagon‑DSP/ARM上完成深度学习推理方案、定位方案算法的部署、移植、深度调优； 2、负责NN算子、CV算子、SIMD向量化优化，提升算子在DSP平台的运行效率、降低时延与功耗； 3、分析定位高通DSP/ARM平台运行过程中的性能瓶颈、内存带宽、功耗、稳定性、崩溃异常问题，输出优化方案，保障系统端侧可靠运行； 4、完成传统计算机视觉算法（角点检测、光流、图像去噪、ISP画质相关）在DSP上的适配优化，配合深度学习、SLAM、人体姿态算法完成图像预处理、后处理算子开发； 5、和算法、嵌入式、相机团队联调，完成多相机数据流、IMU数据在DSP上的协同调度，支撑VIO/SLAM业务落地。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉高通Hexagon DSP(Q6)架构，理解HVX/HMX指令集、VLIW、存储层级、L2缓存、DMA、共享内存体系；有CEVA、Cadence等其他DSP架构开发经验也可； 2、精通C/C++，熟练使用Python做算法原型与性能数据分析；具备DSP上基于RTOS(Qurtos)的项目开发经验； 3、精通SIMD向量化优化，有ARM/Hexagon‑DSP/x86平台算法移植、性能调优实战经验；熟练使用高通SNPE、Hexagon SDK工具链； 4、有深度学习推理算子优化、SLAM/VIO、Handpose手势、Bodypose人体姿态、计算机视觉算子开发落地经验优先；熟悉OpenCV、Eigen； 5、具备完整的端侧性能剖析、功耗优化、内存优化、内存泄漏、程序崩溃等系统级调试排错经验； 6、了解相机成像管线、3A(AE/AF/AWB)、ISP图像处理流程，有图像传感器多相机同步调试经验优先； 7、熟悉端‑侧SLAM、VIO算法流程，能够将特征提取、光流跟踪、姿态解算相关算子下沉到DSP加速者优先。 【加分项】 1、有高通骁龙平台（QCS8750/8550等）Hexagon DSP AI加速项目落地经验； 2、熟悉SNPE、TFLite‑Hexagon、ONNX Runtime 高通后端部署优化； 3、熟悉手势识别、人体关键点、SMPL人体姿态模型端侧部署； 4、有ORB‑SLAM、VINS‑Mono等SLAM算法DSP加速改造经验； 5、具备多传感器(相机+IMU)数据DSP侧预处理、时间同步开发经验。
