The posting

1. 负责海外客户（含经销商、终端客户）四足机器人产品的技术支持，包括产品安装、调试、故障排查、维护保养等，通过邮件、电话、视频会议等方式快速响应客户需求，解决产品使用过程中的技术问题。 2. 负责海外市场产品故障分析与汇总，记录故障案例，反馈给研发团队，协助优化产品性能和可靠性，提升客户使用体验。 3. 协助开展海外客户技术培训，撰写英文技术培训材料（操作手册、故障排查指南等），指导客户正确使用产品、解决常见问题。 4. 配合海外销售团队，提供技术支撑，参与客户洽谈、产品演示等活动，协助推进销售项目落地。 5. 负责海外市场技术相关文档的整理、更新和归档，维护客户技术档案，跟踪客户产品使用情况，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。 6. 偶尔需出差至海外客户现场，处理复杂技术问题、开展集中培训或项目交付，配合完成海外市场技术相关事宜。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械电子工程、自动化、机器人工程、电子信息等相关专业，1-3年海外FAE、技术支持相关工作经验，有机器人、智能制造行业经验者优先。 2. 具备扎实的机械、电子、控制系统相关专业知识，能熟练排查四足机器人机械结构、电气系统、软件程序相关的常见故障。 3. 英语听说读写流利，能作为工作语言，熟练与海外客户沟通对接，能独立撰写英文技术文档、开展英文技术培训。 4. 具备良好的问题解决能力、沟通协调能力和抗压能力，能快速响应客户需求，高效处理突发技术问题。 5. 能接受海外出差，具备良好的适应能力和团队协作精神。 6. 持有护照，无海外出行禁忌，有海外工作、生活经验者加分。
