1、市场研究与产品竞争力分析： - 追踪人形机器人领域的行业趋势、市场需求与竞品动态； - 深入理解产品定位、产品能力、产品竞争力，横向对比市场同类竞品，提炼产品卖点； - 洞察市场需求、用户痛点，找准产品主打应用场景及对应核心需求； - 结合产品竞争力、卖点和主打应用场景、核心需求，给出产品营销规划、方向； 2、产品上市与“营 + 销” 装备打造（Go-To-Market, GTM）： - 负责产品上市整体策略制定与执行，包括定价策略、渠道选择、推广节奏和活动规划； - 负责产品上市以及销售资料的打造，包括产品主打胶片、销售指导、场景应用案例、视频、方案模板、合同模板等； - 协同市场部，负责产品叙事、视频脚本、行业展会、媒体文章等内容生产，提升产品的市场认知与声量； 3、销售与渠道赋能及售前支持： - 搭建对内销售团队与对外合作伙伴的赋能体系，为销售团队、客户伙伴提供定期培训和宣讲（如：产品知识、销售流程、报价体系、沟通话术等），提升客户沟通与转化率； - 提供销售、市场前端需求的技术支撑，针对性收集前端用户、客户需求导入产品需求和开发计划；

1、本科及以上学历，理工科、市场营销相关专业优先； 2、5年以上产品行销或技术市场经验，熟悉机器人、智能驾驶、智能硬件、消费电子、IoT等行业； 3、具备产品上市计划、营销活动的策划与落地能力，能清晰拆解目标、制定流程、协调资源，确保项目高效推进； 4、具备优秀的文案撰写能力，能独立完成宣传 PPT、手册、案例等内容创作； 5、具备跨部门沟通与对外合作能力，能与研发、生产、销售、品牌团队及合作伙伴高效配合，解决合作中的问题； 6、逻辑思维能力强，执行力强，学习能力强。
