1. 负责仿真环境的建设与维护，包括场景资产管理、物理参数标定、传感器仿真、域随机化（Domain Randomization）配置等； 2. 负责大规模并行采样与数据生成流水线的实现与优化，支撑 VLA、运控等方向的模型训练数据供给； 3. 负责真机数据采集与标注流水线的落地，制定并完善数据规范，实现采集、清洗、标注、入库、版本管理的自动化； 4. 负责数据质量评估体系建设，设计可量化的质量指标，识别并剔除低质量样本，持续提升训练数据的有效性； 5. 负责仿真—真机数据闭环的打通，建立 sim-to-real 差异的量化评估方法，并推动仿真环境的迭代改进；

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、机器人、自动化等相关专业，具备机器学习基础设施、数据平台或仿真环境相关经验； 2. 熟练掌握 Python，具备良好的工程能力与系统设计能力，熟悉 Linux 环境与容器化部署； 3. 熟悉以下一个或多个方向： 1. 机器人仿真平台（Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、Genesis 等）及其大规模并行能力； 2. 数据流水线与工作流编排（Ray、Airflow、Kubernetes 等）； 3. 大规模数据存储与版本管理（对象存储、LeRobot / RLDS 等机器人数据格式）； 4. 实验管理与训练框架（PyTorch、DDP / FSDP、Weights & Biases 等）； 4. 对数据质量有深刻理解，能够从算法效果反推数据问题； 5. 有机器人或自动驾驶领域数据闭环建设经验者优先；有跨地域数据同步或多站点平台运维经验者优先。
