The posting

1. 与各地算法团队联合，共同定义定位、建图与感知的技术方案；负责其中视觉 / 激光 SLAM、多传感器融合定位、大场景地图构建与地图复用等模块的方案设计与实现； 2. 负责环境表征的构建与优化，研究并实现 BEV、Occupancy、语义地图等表征方法，为导航规划提供统一的场景理解能力； 3. 负责机器人感知算法的研发与优化，包括目标检测、语义分割、实例分割、深度估计、三维重建等任务，并提升系统在复杂环境下的感知能力（动态障碍物检测、场景理解、多传感器融合等）； 4. 负责视觉-语言模型（VLM）在开放词汇检测与场景理解上的应用与部署，提升系统对环境的开放语义理解能力； 5. 在真机上完成感知模块的验证与性能调优；与仿真及数据团队协作定义感知数据的采集与标注规范，与导航、运控、系统集成团队协作完成模块集成。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业； 2. 熟练掌握深度学习及计算机视觉基础理论，具有扎实的算法实现和调优能力； 3. 熟悉以下一个或多个方向： 1. 视觉 / 激光 SLAM、多传感器融合定位与建图； 2. BEV、Occupancy、3D Perception 等环境表征方法； 3. 目标检测、语义分割、深度估计等二维与三维感知任务； 4. 开放词汇检测与视觉-语言模型（CLIP、BLIP、LLaVA 等）的应用落地； 4. 熟悉常见视觉模型（CNN、Transformer、ViT 等），熟练使用 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，具备良好的编程能力（Python / C++）； 5. 有自动驾驶、机器人、无人机等领域的感知或 SLAM 算法量产落地经验者优先；
