The posting

1. 负责IR‑SLAM红外光学定位追踪算法研发，对标Pico Motion Tracker技术方案，基于红外相机与IMU实现目标设备的定位、姿态解算与连续运动跟踪。 2. 完成IR相机标定、内参外参标定、多传感器时间同步，实现红外视觉与IMU的数据融合，解决跟踪漂移、抖动、遮挡、暗光环境鲁棒性等问题，保障位姿输出精度与时序稳定性。 3. 与上层人体/手部姿态算法团队协同，输出低延迟高精度位姿，评估IR追踪位姿对上层姿态重建结果的影响，联合完成算法调优。 4. 调研红外追踪技术路线，完成算法原型开发、仿真验证；设计真实场景数据采集方案，在真实硬件环境开展算法验证、性能评测与迭代优化。 5. 负责特征检测、光流跟踪、Marker识别、位姿求解、后端优化等模块开发调试，针对红外图像噪声、反光干扰、运动模糊做算法适配。 6. 与硬件、嵌入式团队协作，完成算法移植、系统集成，针对嵌入式平台做延迟、实时性、功耗优化，推动算法产品化落地迭代。 7. 参与数据集构建，完成模块效果评估，输出测试报告，持续迭代IR‑SLAM追踪算法。

【任职要求】 1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人、电子工程等相关专业，3年及以上SLAM/VIO/视觉定位算法工作经验。 2. 熟练掌握C++；扎实数学功底，精通线性代数、概率统计、非线性优化。 3. 掌握多视图几何基础，熟悉相机标定、三角化、PnP、BA光束平差；熟悉SLAM/VIO完整技术链路，理解位姿图优化原理。 4. 熟悉状态估计方法，熟练卡尔曼滤波、EKF/UKF等滤波算法，具备视觉‑IMU融合实际项目经验。 5. 理解红外成像特性，能够处理红外图像噪声、反光、曝光异常等工程问题；有Marker‑based光学追踪开发经验优先。 6. 具备完整工程能力，能够独立完成算法原型、数据验证到嵌入式硬件部署全流程工作。 7. 具备产品化思维，可在精度、延迟、算力、功耗之间做权衡优化。 优先：有Pico Motion Tracker、VR手柄、XR红外光学追踪类产品方案开发经验 【加分项】 1. IR‑SLAM、红外光学动捕、Marker光学追踪项目落地经验。 2. XR/VR/AR设备定位追踪产品实际开发经历。 3. 多相机标定、多传感器时间同步、硬件标定实战经验。 4. 使用深度学习完成红外图像目标、Marker检测识别经验。 5. ARM嵌入式平台算法优化、实时系统开发经验。
