1. 负责机器人在短时间适配新场景新项目时，基于现有能力，修正工具链、在现场进行适配 2. 结合客户需求，支持中间件和SDK相关的应用开发和系统集成，达到落地工业化稳定交付能力; 3. 平台化思维，总结SOP，把一次性调试变成产品，能驱动内部产线迭代，同时抽象业务属性，沉淀团队工具链及护城河能力，逐步提升交付速度，降低交付成本

1. 有三年以上c++或python工作经验，最好需要有一定的智能驾驶行业或者机器人行业软件研发经验 2. 负责过大型项目，能从项目方案设计到开发独立完成 3. 具备非常强的软件工程能力和工程化意识，具有算法、软件 、硬件全局视野，能识别定位项目问题，给系统提供独特的优化意见 4. 深度AI使用者，能和AI进行良好协作，且对代码质量负责

职责： 加分项： • 有创业经验的技术负责人，有Hackathon经验的选手 • 有机器人实机部署经验，特别是在高复杂度任务中的经验 • 熟悉 ROS/ROS2、Mujoco、PyBullet、Isaac Sim 等仿真和开发工具链者优先
