  • 深度嵌入算法前沿：作为公司在客户侧的核心技术代表，深度嵌入客户具身智能（VLA/世界模型等）的研发流程。与对方算法科学家、模型训练负责人直接对话，准确理解其模型演进对数据的核心诉求。
  • 前沿数据方案设计：针对具身智能复杂的多模态数据（视觉、语言、本体状态、力觉等）和时序要求，主导设计涵盖全场景遥操作/无本体采集、端到端数据标注、仿真合成数据及数据对齐的完整解决方案。
  • 数据评测与反馈闭环：结合具身智能算法的评估指标，设计并完善数据质量评测体系。通过bad case分析，反推数据采集规范与标注规则的迭代，帮助客户实现模型能力的快速爬坡。
  • 端到端项目攻坚：作为前端技术侧的“需求一号位”，拉通内部的采集团队、标注产线和研发团队，端到端推进定制化数据方案的高质量交付，确保订单闭环。
  • 行业know-how沉淀：敏锐捕捉行业前沿趋势，将服务头部客户的经验抽象、沉淀为公司级的具身数据产品标准，推动内部数据工具链（如多模态对齐工具、4D标注工具）的迭代。
  • 专业背景：硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业优先。
  • 算法与数据认知（核心）：
  • 深入理解前沿具身智能算法范式（如 视觉语言动作模型、 世界模型、 模仿学习、强化学习等）。
  • 清晰了解这些算法在训练阶段对数据的格式、分布、对齐精度及长尾场景的具体要求。
  • 从业经验：具备3年以上AI数据解决方案、技术架构师或算法/数据工程经验。来自以下背景者优先：
  • 自动驾驶行业（熟悉端到端自动驾驶数据闭环、4D标注、仿真数据）。
  • 大语言模型/多模态大模型行业（熟悉RLHF、SFT数据构建及复杂多模态对齐）。
  • 机器人行业（有实际机器人研发或数据处理经验）。
  • 综合能力：具备极强的技术转化与沟通能力，能将晦涩的算法语言转化为执行端的工程SOP；具备优秀的抗压与项目统筹能力。
