1. 负责电子产品的硬件方案设计、原理图绘制、PCB布局布线及设计文档编写。 2. 使用Altium Designer或Cadence等工具独立完成PCB设计，并进行信号完整性、电源完整性等基础分析。 3. 负责硬件单板调试、测试、问题分析与解决，保障设计质量与可靠性。 4. 参与产品从设计、试产到量产的全过程，提供技术支持。 5. 负责或参与线束（线缆组件）的设计、选型、图纸绘制及电气连接方案的制定。 6. 与其他团队成员（如结构、软件、测试）紧密协作，确保产品集成顺利。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，3年及以上相关硬件开发工作经验。 2. 精通Altium Designer或Cadence（Allegro）之一，能独立进行多层高速PCB设计，具备丰富的调试经验。 3. 具备线束设计能力，熟悉线缆、连接器选型，了解电气布局、布线规范及安全要求。具有扎实的模拟/数字电路基础。 4. 熟悉常用电子元器件特性，掌握常用测试仪器（如示波器、频谱仪）的使用。有EMC/安规设计经验者优先。
