电气性能测试与验证： 负责扫地机器人PCBA、整机的电气功能、性能指标测试，包括电源管理、电池充放电、电机驱动、传感器信号完整性等。 制定并执行关键电子元器件（如MCU、电源芯片、通信模块）的选型验证和可靠性测试。 对电路板的功耗、温升、瞬态响应等关键电气参数进行详细测试和分析。 EMC/EMI与安规测试： 根据产品设计和目标市场要求，制定电磁兼容性 (EMC/EMI) 测试方案，并进行预测试和问题定位。 负责产品安规（如UL, CE, CCC等）的内部预测试，包括泄漏电流、绝缘电阻、高压测试等，并协助认证团队完成第三方测试。 对测试中发现的EMC和安规问题，与硬件设计工程师合作，提供整改建议和验证方案。 可靠性与环境测试： 负责制定并执行电子元器件和整机的高低温、湿热、振动冲击、寿命测试等环境和可靠性测试方案。 参与新产品导入 (NPI) 阶段的DFMEA（设计失效模式与影响分析），识别电气潜在风险。 测试流程与工具： 独立搭建和维护测试环境，熟练操作和编程控制常用电子测试仪器（如示波器、频谱仪、网络分析仪、电子负载等）。 编写规范的测试用例、测试报告和技术文档，对测试数据进行统计分析，推动问题闭环。

教育背景： 电子工程、电气工程、自动化、测控技术或相关专业本科及以上学历。 专业知识与经验： 2年以上消费电子或机器人或汽车领域电子电气测试经验。 熟悉模拟电路和数字电路基础知识，具备一定的电路分析和故障排除能力。 深入理解电源管理、电机控制（如BLDC）或传感器信号处理等任一领域者优先。 熟悉主流的EMC/EMI测试标准（如CISPR、FCC）和安规标准。 核心技能： 熟练使用常用电子测试仪表，有自动化测试脚本（如Python、LabVIEW）经验者优先。 能够阅读理解电路原理图 (Schematics) 和PCB布局图。 具备良好的数据分析能力和严谨的测试思维。 综合素质： 具备优秀的问题定位、分析和解决能力，积极主动，责任心强。 良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神。
