作为行政基础安全中台专家，全面统筹职场（办公园区/楼宇）全链路安全运营管理，包括体系搭建、供应商管理、应急响应及政府关系维护，确保职场高效稳定运行。 岗位要求 1.安全体系建设：牵头制定办公环境、物理安全、人员管理、出入等全领域安全管理制度、应急预案及标准化流程，并持续优化更新； 2.供应商管理：建立供应商安全模块的服务标准（sla、sop与sow），为前台管理供应商提供技术支持，包括日常监督、绩效考评及合同履约管理，驱动供应商提升服务质量； 3.业务运营评估：形成中台品检机制，完成“执行-检查-改进”的闭环管理，部署项目年、月安全工作计划，组织开展常态化安全巡检；制定员工安全满意度提升策略，定期输出项目安全运营报告； 4.政府关系维护：建立与消防、公安、街道等政府机构的常态化合作机制，实时跟踪安全相关政策法规变化，确保项目运营全流程合规。 5.应急体系建设：主导消防、治安、交通等突发事件的体系和应急方案编制，牵头定期组织应急演练，模拟各类突发场景，提升各职场前台与小物业的应急实战能力。

1.本科及以上学历， 安全管理、物业管理、应急管理等相关专业，拥有5-8年大型企业行政安全运营管理经验，有互联网大厂、大型园区或跨国企业工作背景者优先。 2.具备从0到1搭建项目安全体系或多项目统筹经验，熟悉供应商全流程管理。精通《安全生产法》《消防法》等安全法规及行业标准，熟悉属地安全政策要求。 3.具备出色的政府沟通与跨部门协调能力，高效联动内外资源。拥有极强应急指挥与抗压能力，适应全天候应急响应及高强度工作节奏； 4.具备团队管理与供应商驱动能力，擅长整合各类资源； 5.持有注册安全工程师、消防工程师、PMP等相关专业认证的优先，具备大型活动与接待工作安全保障经验。
