1. 统筹部门管理职能，建立健全相关制度，包括内部控制、风险治理、内部审计、舞弊稽核等； 2. 负责统筹内部控制和风险治理工作，协调各业务部门管理者及内控BP，制定流程评估及流程遵从测试计划，推动流程框架完善且流程被遵从； 3. 负责规划公司内部审计工作目标，制定年度审计计划并组织落实，就审计结果进行沟通汇报，提供规范管理和防范风险的合理化建议； 4. 负责舞弊稽核工作规划，建设完善举报通道，查处违法违纪行为，营造廉洁氛围； 5. 负责贯彻落实董事会审计委员会管理要求，应对外部监管要求； 6. 统筹应对其他相关事项

1. 本科以上学历，专业不限，财务、审计相关更佳； 2. 有10年以上工作经验，必须在大型民企里工作过，有四大经验或外企经验更佳； 3. 必须同时具有内控、内审、调查相关工作经验； 4. 有团队负责人或部门负责人经验； 5. 有CIA或CPA证书更佳。
