1. 参与机器人软硬一体新产品开发项目，识别生产制程风险和关键质量控制点，制定产品检验质量标准和检验流程。根据行业标准和客户需求，制定并优化产品质量控制计划。 2. 现场质量执行与监控：领导并参与IPQC、OQC团队的日常检测活动，实时监控产线生产质量状态，关注生产过程稳定性和机器人整机产品一致性，为检验团队的交付结果负责。 3. 负责产品质量问题的根本原因分析，制定并实施纠正预防措施。使用质量工具（如5Why，8D，FEMA等）进行问题分析与改善，确保问题不流入后道程序。 4. 专项改进：对于工程端重复发生、系统性的质量问题等，准确、系统、清晰地整理数据并主导专项改进。 5. 负责收集、分析现场质量数据，通过数据分析识别质量趋势，定期生成质量报告，提出改进建议。 6. 作为公司在生产现场的日常质量对接人，与OEM生产、质量团队进行日常协调。 7. 为生产部门提供质量相关培训，提升产线质量意识。

1. 本科以上学历,机械、电子、自动化等相关工科专业。 2. 5年以上机器人、汽车、消费电子或相关行业制造现场质量管理经验，有带领或指导检验团队经验优先。 3. 熟悉常用质量工具如8D\5WHY\FMEA\MSA等的应用，擅长问题识别和分析。 4. 具备较强的逻辑思维、问题解决能力和数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、Minitab等数据分析工具。 5. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力、责任心和抗压能力，能够在快节奏工作环境中保持高效。 6. 对机器人行业有浓厚兴趣，愿意接受挑战并不断学习新技术。
