1、行政体系流程化与制度化建设 统筹行政全板块流程梳理、标准化搭建与制度体系迭代，梳理业务痛点、规范作业标准、完善制度体系，覆盖基建建设、行政服务、资产管理、场地运维、后勤保障等模块； 2、行政数字化建设与数据运营 主导行政板块数字化升级，梳理数字化需求、对接信息化团队完成OA 系统、行政系统、资产台账、后勤审批等线上化体系的搭建与优化；搭建行政运营数据看板，覆盖成本数据、服务数据、流程效率数据、供应商履约数据等；定期输出运营复盘分析报告，为部门管理优化、决策迭代提供数据支撑，实现行政业务可追溯、可统计、可复盘、可管控； 3、行政服务质量管控 建立行政服务质量标准、巡检机制、复盘考核体系；常态化开展服务质量抽查、问题收集、数据统计、短板整改，覆盖员工服务、场地运维、供应商服务、物资管理等场景，持续提升行政服务品质与员工体验 4、流程制度数字化的赋能与落地 针对优化后的制度、流程、数字化工具，对内开展全员宣导、培训、落地跟进，解决各部门行政流程使用痛点，推动标准化流程全员落地执行，打通"最后一公里" 5、部门统筹支持 统筹各类行政台账、档案、制度的统一管理，支撑部门规范化、精细化、体系化运营；协助负责人推进部门年度工作规划与专项任务落地；协助负责人的日常运营管理、跨部门协同；协助合规完善行政廉洁风控体系，优化采购、资产、基建、后勤等关键环节的流程风控节点；

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上大中型企业行政运营、体系流程建设、行政数字化、服务质控相关经验，有行政部门整体运营赋能经验者优先。 2、不侧重传统行政执行，擅长流程搭建、制度标准化、数字化落地、服务质量管控，具备独立梳理业务流程、输出优化方案、落地体系迭代的能力。 3、具备优秀的数字化思维和数据运营能力，熟练掌握OA、企业行政管理系统，有流程线上化改造、数字化台账搭建、运营数据复盘实战经验。 4、逻辑思维缜密、统筹梳理能力强，擅长发现业务漏洞、优化业务机制，具备较强的项目推进、落地督导与问题解决能力。 5、原则性强、廉洁自律、职业素养高，熟悉企业行政合规风控逻辑，做事严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的闭环意识。 6、优秀的跨部门沟通、统筹协调能力，能够高效联动各业务部门及内部团队，推动各类体系、流程、数字化项目落地。
