1. 负责研发数字化平台（研发集成门户/ 飞书项目等）的项目管理工作，推动需求从提出到交付的全流程落地 2. 制定产品迭代运营计划，跟踪迭代进度，输出迭代报告，确保研发节奏稳定可持续 3. 搭建平台运营数据指标体系，定期分析使用数据，识别优化机会，驱动产品持续改进 4. 深入一线研发场景，收集用户反馈，推动工具易用性与覆盖率提升 5. 沉淀项目管理与需求管理最佳实践，形成可复用的 SOP 与知识库

1. 本科及以上，3 年及以上项目管理、研发需求管理或产品运营经验，有研发背景优先 2. 熟悉研发项目管理流程，了解 Agile/Scrum 或 IPD 研发体系 3. 有自建项目管理系统、飞书项目（Meegle）等平台使用或推广经验优先 4. 具备研发需求分析与管理能力，能将业务需求转化为可执行的产品方案者加分 5. 了解 AI 应用（如 AI 编码助手、大模型能力等）者加分 6. 目标导向，具备较强的沟通协调能力与项目推动力
