1. 负责机器人数据采集链路、数据质量评估与闭环优化方案设计，推动遥操作、传感器、运控、任务执行等多源数据的统一定义、采集、标注、回流和使用。 2. 负责作业模型（VLA、世界模型）、交互模型（多模态）在应用场景的后训练，推动模型在端侧、边侧、云侧的部署、评测、迭代和闭环优化。 3. 负责模型评测体系设计，包括感知模型、策略模型、动作模型、任务成功率、泛化能力、稳定性、时延、资源消耗等指标体系建设。

1. 研究生及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子信息、控制、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 有机器人、自动驾驶、具身智能等领域经验。 3. 理解数据闭环、模型闭环、训练与部署链路，熟悉数据质量、模型评测、模型版本管理、训练迭代等核心流程。 4. 对作业模型（VLA、世界模型）、交互模型（多模态）或后训练等方向有较好的认知，能够从系统视角分析模型落地问题。 6. 具备较强的系统抽象能力、跨团队协作能力和问题拆解能力，能够从需求出发完成方案定义并推动落地。 7. 具备良好的文档能力、接口定义能力、验证思维和工程意识。
