  • 核心聚焦大模型、机器人相关领域，重点负责计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子信息等相关专业的校园人才招聘；精准对接各业务线，系统梳理校招需求，结合业务痛点与人才画像，制定针对性校招策略，并全程推动落地执行，确保校招需求高效达成。
  • 协助高校合作体系搭建与维护，协助对接国内外重点高校（聚焦大模型、机器人相关优势院系）的就业办、导师及社团，拓展校企合作渠道，协助策划并落地宣讲会、双选会、企业开放日等校招活动，维护长期稳定的高校人才输送通道，积累优质高校资源与学生资源。
  • 协助公司顶尖人才计划校园招聘板块，负责顶尖人才的寻访、筛选、面试组织及全流程跟进工作；搭建并完善顶尖人才储备库，结合公司人才发展战略，制定专属培养衔接方案，推动顶尖人才计划落地见效，为公司长期发展储备核心骨干力量。
  • 关注大模型、机器人行业校招趋势及人才市场动态，调研行业顶尖高校人才培养情况，收集行业校招信息，为公司校招策略调整、顶尖人才计划优化提供参考。
  • 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先；具备5年及以上校园招聘HR相关工作经验，有大模型、机器人、人工智能等科技领域校招经验者，将予以优先考虑。
  • 具备丰富的高校合作经验，熟悉高校校招全流程，曾独立对接重点高校（尤其聚焦大模型、机器人相关优势院系）；拥有校企合作项目、校园宣讲会、双选会等活动的策划与执行经验，能够独立搭建高校合作体系者优先。
  • 拥有顶尖人才计划、校园顶尖人才寻访相关工作经验，深刻熟悉顶尖人才的筛选标准与培养逻辑；能够独立推进顶尖人才校招全流程工作，具备优秀的人才识别能力与精准匹配能力。
  • 了解大模型、机器人相关行业背景及人才需求，熟悉相关专业（计算机、人工智能、自动化等）的人才画像，能精准匹配业务校招需求，有相关行业校招资源者加分。
  • 具备较强的沟通协调能力、执行能力和细节把控能力，能高效对接高校、业务部门及候选人，独立解决校招过程中的各类问题，推动校招工作落地。
  • 具备良好的数据敏感度和复盘能力，熟练使用Excel高级功能等办公软件，能独立完成校招数据统计、分析及复盘报告撰写；了解HR数字化工具、招聘管理系统者优先。
  • 工作积极主动，有责任心、抗压能力强，具备良好的职业素养和团队协作精神，热爱校招工作，对顶尖人才挖掘有热情。
