1、本科及以上学历，5年以上项目管理经验，熟悉IPD从调研规划到实现量产的全过程，有研发经验优先； 2、深入了解机器人、自动驾驶或AI行业的技术现状与发展趋势，对数据采集、标注、模型训练等核心技术环节有清晰认知，能准确评估技术边界与项目风险。 3. 具备卓越的资源协调能力、风险管控能力和结果导向思维。 4、逻辑分析能力强，能主动发现问题并推动解决。拥有出色的抗压能力和责任心，能适应项目驱动的阶段性出差。
