职位概述 负责智元云平台门户后端及统一控制面的研发，建设认证鉴权、租户项目、配额审批、资源生命周期和多云接入等核心能力。承担核心业务建模、接口设计、代码实现与质量把关，并与前端及共创研发团队协作交付。 主要职责 1. 开发门户后端和统一API，建设用户、租户、项目及资源目录等模块，支持前端控制台和其他平台服务接入。 2. 实现SSO、身份认证、RBAC鉴权和操作审计，落实接口级权限校验、租户隔离及敏感凭据的安全管理。 3. 开发配额、审批、资源申请与释放等流程，处理并发占用、配额预留和释放，保障资源交付状态与库存一致。 4. 通过云适配器及Infra API对接公有云和自建资源平台，实现异步任务、状态同步、幂等重试及失败补偿。 5. 建设资源用量采集、计量记录及费用查询接口，完善事件日志、链路追踪和管理工具，支持运营及故障定位。 6. 编写单元和集成测试，参与接口联调、压测、发布及线上问题处理，评审共创交付代码并维护技术文档。

任职要求 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息安全或相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：3年以上后端研发经验，有生产系统模块设计、开发和上线维护经历；具备5年以上经验及核心模块负责经历者优先。 3. 熟练掌握Java及Spring Boot生态，具备REST API设计和业务建模能力，理解常见设计模式及服务拆分原则。 4. 熟悉MySQL、Redis及至少一种消息中间件，能够处理事务、并发、缓存一致性和异步任务中的常见问题。 5. 理解OAuth 2.0、OIDC、SAML等协议中至少一种，熟悉服务端认证授权、多租户隔离和接口安全的实现方式。 6. 熟悉Linux、Docker及CI/CD流程，具备日志分析和性能排查能力；能阅读云API文档并完成外部系统对接。 加分项 1. 有IAM、SSO、配额、资源编排或计量计费系统经验。 2. 有Kubernetes或公有云API集成经验，或具备Go、Python工程实践。
