1. 平台产品运营 - 负责平台使用手册及帮助中心的编写与维护，持续完善功能文档、FAQ及操作指南。 - 负责新功能发布运营（PR），整理版本更新内容、功能亮点及发布说明，提升功能触达率。 - 负责平台部分功能权限与白名单申请处理，保障功能开放流程顺畅。 - 收集并整理用户反馈与使用问题，沉淀共性问题并推动产品持续优化。 2. 社区与内容运营 - 负责社区内容的审核与发布管理，保障社区内容质量与规范。 - 负责官方内容运营，包括模板、案例、教程等内容的策划与发布。 - 维护社区规则与内容发布规范，持续优化社区生态与内容质量。 3. 开发者生态运营 - 推动平台二次开发能力（SDK、API 等）的推广与运营。 - 为开发者提供基础支持，协助解决接入与使用过程中的问题。 - 协助推动生态合作伙伴或客户基于平台进行二次开发，促进平台能力落地。 - 整理平台能力使用数据及典型应用案例，沉淀最佳实践并推动能力复用。

-2–5 年互联网产品运营、平台运营或社区运营相关经验。 -本科及以上学历，985/211/QS Top 100优先 -具备良好的文档能力与结构化表达能力，能够独立编写产品文档或使用手册 - 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够跨团队对接产品、研发及业务团队 - 有开发者平台、AI平台或技术社区运营经验者优先 - 对 AI、机器人或智能体（Agent）平台方向有兴趣者优先 - 具备较强的学习能力与责任心，能够主动推动问题闭环解决。
