1、课程产品规划 基于ACE认证全景架构/客户培训需求分析，制定课程产品路线图，确定各方向课程开发优先级与节奏。 2、三种开发模式统筹 统筹管理三种课程开发模式：①内外部联合开发（产品线开发L1-L5核心课程+伙伴拓展行业内容）；②委托开发（委托优秀伙伴/高校开发，产品线指导评审）；③买断引入（伙伴/高校成熟课程直接买断融入ACE框架/客户培训体系）。 3、课程开发项目管理 联动内部技术委员会、各产品线研发团队萃取核心技术知识；参与交付与服务部服务培训部L1-L2课程开发过程；对接外部高校教授、行业专家整合外部课程资源；组织课程大纲设计、教材编写、课件制作、题库开发的全流程管理。 4、课程质量把控 建立课程质量评价体系，组织专家评审与验收，确保课程内容与智元技术标准、行业通用规范深度对接。 5、课程定价与上架 制定课程定价策略，统筹课程在个人学习平台的上架与迭代更新。 6、其他工作 协助解决方案共同推动ACE认证与国家职业技能标准、行业标准的对接与互认，提升认证体系的行业影响力。

1、教育背景 本科及以上学历，教育技术、课程设计、机器人、计算机等相关专业。 2、工作经验 5年以上工作经验，其中2年以上行业头部企业认证类或职业技能类课程产品经理或教育产品开发管理经验。 专业能力 3、熟悉课程开发全流程（需求分析-大纲设计-内容开发-评审-上架），具备知识萃取与结构化能力。 4、项目管理 具备优秀的跨部门协调和项目推进能力，能够统筹多个并行开发项目。 5、行业认知 对具身智能技术体系有系统认知，能与技术专家高效沟通。
