1. 垂类数采方案体系搭建：基于真机 / 无本体等核心技术能力，针对工业、商业、家居等真实场景，设计可落地的数采全方案（含采集策略、运营机制、云资源规划、网络架构），最终输出可复制、可规模化的垂类数采解决方案，支撑业务快速扩张 2. 基线方案与专业文档输出：具备较好的文档功底，主导输出大量标准化基线解决方案，编制支撑研发评审、POC 验证的专业文档（方案说明书、技术细节、落地手册等），确保文档精准、规范、可落地 3. 端到端全链路落地：依托数采节点，主导 “数采模式选型→现场入场适配→任务执行管控→数据回传优化→初步数据治理” 全流程设计，解决网络延迟、复杂现场环境适配、云资源弹性架构等核心工程问题，保障项目交付质量 4. 客户技术赋能与价值传递：基于行业技术洞察和产品能力，输出面向一线的客户级解决方案，主导深度技术交流、需求拆解、技术答疑；清晰界定技术边界，传递核心价值，支撑商务转化与客户长期合作 5. 2B 项目全流程闭环：跟进项目全生命周期，包括早期技术引导、方案确认、商务方案设计、招投标文件编制等；预判各环节卡点（技术、资源、合规），提前输出解决方案，推动项目顺利落地

1. 5-8 年技术解决方案相关工作经验，必须具备数采项目落地 / 工业互联网 / 自动驾驶数据采集 / 机器人现场部署任一核心背景 2. 熟悉 2B 项目全流程，具备从方案设计、现场交付到招投标的完整闭环经验，能独立应对客户现场技术诉求 3. 具备跨部门协同能力，能有效拉通研发、运营、商务等资源，推动复杂项目落地 优先加分项 1. 有 AI 行业从业经验，了解模型训练 / 部署全流程，能结合 AI 需求设计数采方案 2. 深耕人形机器人、智能家居或工业自动化领域，具备相关场景数采方案设计案例 3. 具备方案标准化、规模化输出经验，曾主导打造可复制的行业标杆解决方案
