工作职责 1.端到端负责公司人形机器人端侧软件的整体测试工作，覆盖机上软件功能，性能及稳定性测试，确保最终交付质量； 2.根据需求迭代节奏，快速制定并迭代测试计划，识别潜在质量风险，提出可实施的解决方案； 3.基于产品需求与业务逻辑，设计系统性测试方案，构建真实用户场景，编写并执行功能、性能、稳定性、安全、兼容性等测试用例，输出可追溯的测试报告； 4.组织并推动测试任务落地，整理与分析测试结果，深入定位缺陷根因，驱动研发闭环解决，复盘测试过程，持续提升质量水平； 5.深入参与产品体验与现场 Demo，从用户视角提出优化建议，推动体验指标达成； 6.持续改进测试方法、流程与工具链（自动化框架、CI/CD 质量门禁、日志/监控体系），提升团队整体测试效率与专业水准。
