职位描述 1. 负责机器人产品硬件和软件相关测试方案设计，探索先进测试方法、编写或优化机器人测试标准和测试方案、提升团队测试能力； 2. 根据行业、国家和国际相关标准及公司产品功能需求，负责编写机器人测试大纲，包括功能、性能、地面工况、可靠性及场景联调，并撰写环境及安规测试，包含温度、振动、EMC/EMI、安全等规范和测试用例； 3. 制定机器人核心零部件、传感器的测试标准和测试方法，与供应商一起优化核心零部件测试规范和方法； 4. 组织开展测试产品调研、竞品分析和测试工装工具设备的选型搭建； 5. 负责机器人测试问题的定位、分析和解决方案制定，指导优化研发设计和测试方法； 6. 指导开发相应的系统测试软件。

职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上智能硬件软硬件测试经验； 2. 精通机器人相关国际标准、国家标准、行业标准、企业标准，能够引领行业测试标准； 3. 具备很强的分析、解决问题的技能，具有解决复杂技术和操作性问题的创造力； 4. 熟悉机器人底盘运动性能、嵌入式平台、ROS\Linux系统、主流传感器、SLAM导航、视觉感知识别、声光电语音交互设计等原理； 5. 熟悉机器人核心零部件、整机、软硬件联调、场景模拟等测试规范和用例，环境搭建及测试工具制作； 6. 具有一定的项目管理经验，能够协调内外部资源对测试问题进行关闭，具有一定的团队管理经验，能够带领团队进行相关工作分配和目标达成； 7. 有机器人/AGV/无人机/无人车/平衡车等相关测试经验者优先，具有大型系统测试经验者优先； 8. 对新技术感兴趣，有钻研和开拓精神；工作踏实、耐心，有良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力，并能适应短期出差。
