1. 场景识别与解决方案抽象：负责深入行业一线进行前瞻性洞察，能够敏锐识别、提炼并抽象出具备商业共性的“一类典型场景”。独立完成从宏观行业痛点到标准化场景解决方案的设计，建立具身智能在该场景下的标杆级落地范式。 2. 定义场景与协作边界：负责定义人机交互的协作模式与工业级落地标准。将客户现场的复杂业务需求，精准转化为可模块化、可量化的产品需求与技术任务边界。 3. 产品化与平台化抽象：具备极强的平台化思维，能从前线工程师的“一次性现场调试”和定制化项目中，抽象出通用的业务属性与底层逻辑。驱动内部产品线与核心底座的迭代，打造具身届的通用工具链与核心产品壁垒。

1. 行业与技术背景：具有 5 年以上硬核科技产品经验，有智能驾驶、机器人、或大规模 AI 平台产品架构经验者优先。对物理AI、具身智能及软硬件协同有深刻理解。 2. 顶层设计与解决方案能力：具备极强的宏观战略规划能力与商业痛点降维打击能力。 能够直接对接企业级客户的高层（C-level），把模糊的商务诉求精准解构成结构化的解决方案，并独立完成从方案设计到行业全生命周期落地的闭环。 3. 跨全局视野与定义能力：具备优秀的算法、软件、硬件全局视野，能够敏锐识别和定位项目交付中的痛点，不仅能定义“做什么”，更能为工程师团队提供独特的工程化与产品化解题思路。 4. 深度 AI 协作与 ownership：作为深度 AI 使用者与拥抱者，能够与 AI 及多元化团队高效协作。具备极强的极端负责制精神，对最终的产品商业化落地与交付速度负责。 职责 - 负责物理世界模型/具身智能产品的全生命周期管理，包括路线图（Roadmap）规划、产品定义及版本迭代。 - 牵头跨部门协同（算法、软件、硬件及前线 FDE 团队），打破组织摩擦，确保行业解决方案、产品底座与前线交付的高效打通。 加分项 - 有硬核科技创业经验的产品负责人，或具备从 0 到 1 打造过行业标杆级 AI 平台/工具链/行业解决方案产品的经验。 - 对大模型（特别是多模态等预测架构）或通用世界模型有深入研究与产品落地思考。 - 拥有极强的抗压能力，善于在高度模糊、充满不确定性的前沿赛道中快速拨开迷雾、确立产品路径。
