1. 售后故障应急处理，接受客户端售后质量反馈，按故障等级启动响应机制，主导并组织研发、制造、供应商等相关部门按照8D/5Why方式快速分析解决问题，制定遏制措施、长期措施及问题落实跟踪，形成PDCA闭环。 2. 负责售后质量数据监控与分析：建立售后质量数据库，按周 / 月度统计分析关键指标，识别高频故障模式，定期输出售后质量分析报告。 3. 负责售后共性问题专项专项推动及监督改进。

1. 学历：大专及以上，机器人工程、自动化、电子电气、机械设计、计算机应用等理工类相关专业；本科及以上学历优先。 2. 经验：3 年以上质量管理工作经验，2 年以上机器人 / 智能硬件售后质量专项经验；有机器狗、工业巡检机器人、四足机器人等产品从业背景者优先，熟悉消费级 / 工业级机器人生产流程者加分。 3. 沟通协调：具备优秀的跨部门（研发 / 生产 / 供应链）、跨场景（消费级 / 工业级客户）协同能力，能清晰传递技术需求与故障信息。 4. 质量工具：熟练掌握 8D、5Why、鱼骨图等质量分析工具的应用。
