岗位描述： 1.主导机器人真实场景数据采集与交付闭环落地：面向具身智能机器人的实际部署场景，构建并推动「需求定义→现场采集→清洗标注→质量评估→交付验收→反馈迭代」的数据链路产品落地；全程负责需求管理、版本迭代、交付风险管控、开发进度追踪、测试与问题修复闭环、用户反馈收集及在线技术答疑（注：模型训练与仿真验证不属本岗位职责，聚焦数据供给侧到交付验收）。 2.统筹机器人数据资产全生命周期管理：覆盖机器人多模态数据（RGBD、LiDAR、IMU、力矩、关节状态等）的现场采集方案设计、入库规范制定、自动化清洗与标注流程建设、存储治理、版本控制及归档策略实施。 构建稳定高效的机器人数据供应链：对接内外部数据采购需求，监控供应商在机器人实采数据上的交付质量；推动外采数据验收标准的制定与执行；协调标注资源（含自动标注工具集成），保障高质量机器人训练数据持续供给。 3.驱动跨团队协同交付：与算法、机器人研发、数据运营团队深度协同，承接下游对数据的精度、时序、标注粒度等具体要求并转化为可执行的数据规格，推动数据生产平台与质量评测工具链的针对性优化 4.识别并管控数据交付关键风险：针对实地采集中的环境不确定性、传感器标定偏差、数据合规（如隐私脱敏）、标注一致性等技术与流程风险，牵头制定短期应对与长期治理方案。

岗位要求： 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、车辆工程或相关专业； 2.3年以上技术项目经理（TPM/CPM）经验，具备自动驾驶或具身智能领域机器人数据采集、标注、交付或数据平台建设的实际项目交付经验； 3.熟悉机器人多传感器数据特性（RGBD/LiDAR/IMU/关节状态等）及典型采集场景（室内导航、物体抓取、人机交互等）； 4.精通项目管理方法论，能高效协同算法、硬件、运营等多方角色； 5.对模糊复杂的数据交付问题有强主导意识，能主动推动跨团队方案落地。 加分项： 1.主导或深度参与过机器人/自动驾驶量产级数据采集与交付体系（数据闭环前段）的建设或交付项目； 2.具备机器人实采数据治理、在线评测或自动标注工具落地经验； 了解模仿学习（IL）、强化学习（RL）或VLA（Vision-Language-Action）等多模态模型对数据质量与结构的要求，能反向定义数据采集与标注规格；
