灵巧手结构工程师 岗位职责 1. 结构设计与开发 - 负责灵巧手的整体结构方案设计与优化。 - 实现轻量化、高强度与拟人化外观的平衡。 2. 机构与传动设计 - 设计绳驱、齿轮、直驱等多种传动形式的结构方案，确保动作精准与稳定。 - 优化结构刚度、摩擦、间隙，提升力控与抓取的精度与一致性。 3. 仿真与验证 - 进行静力学、动力学、热分析与疲劳仿真，验证结构可靠性。 - 参与整机 NVH（噪声、振动）优化与散热设计。 - 建立并执行结构测试方案，验证寿命、强度和环境适应性。 4. 量产与可制造性设计（DFM） - 考虑加工、装配、工艺限制，输出符合量产的结构设计方案。 - 支持供应链选型与工艺开发，保证零件一致性与可靠性。 - 参与装配工艺优化，提高装配良率与一致性。 5. 跨部门协作 - 与电机驱控、硬件、电气、感知团队合作，解决空间布局与接口问题。 - 与工业设计合作，保证产品美学与结构强度兼顾。 - 与测试/质量团队配合，快速定位并改进结构类问题。

任职要求 1. 学历背景 - 本科及以上学历，机械工程、机电一体化、材料工程或相关专业。 2. 专业技能 - 熟练掌握机械结构设计工具（SolidWorks、Creo、Catia、NX 等）。 - 熟悉有限元分析（ANSYS、Abaqus）和运动学仿真。 - 了解绳驱/齿轮/直驱等机构原理与应用。 - 熟悉轻量化设计、复合材料/金属材料选型及常见加工工艺（CNC、注塑、钣金、3D 打印）。 - 具备 DFM/DFT/可靠性设计经验。 3. 经验要求 - 3 年以上机器人、灵巧手、机械臂或精密机电产品结构设计经验。 - 有小型化/轻量化产品开发经验优先。 - 有量产经验和供应链对接经验者优先。
