负责智元基础设施云平台的产品规划与流程设计，面向算法研发及平台运营用户，推动GPU开发机、训练集群、高性能文件系统和AI训练平台落地。 主要职责 1. 调研算法、研发及运营团队的使用场景，梳理资源申请、开发、训练、产物管理等流程，制定产品路线图与需求优先级。 2. 设计云门户、资源目录、项目与租户、认证鉴权、SSO、配额和审批等产品能力，明确正常流程、异常场景与权限边界。 3. 规划GPU开发机、训练集群及存储产品的开通、使用、变更与释放流程，完善计量、费用展示及资源使用分析。 4. 设计训练任务、实验追踪、训练流水线、模型注册与Checkpoint管理能力，推动数据、代码、环境与模型产物关联。 5. 输出PRD、业务流程图、交互原型及验收标准，与架构师、研发、设计和测试团队协作，推进评审、开发、验收与上线。 6. 结合开通时长、任务成功率、用户活跃度和资源利用情况复盘产品，维护用户文档，持续优化使用体验及运营流程。

产出工作结果

任职要求 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、人工智能或相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：3年以上ToB产品工作经验，其中至少1年云计算、AI平台或研发工具产品经验；独立负责过产品从需求调研到上线迭代的完整过程。 3. 熟悉云平台或AI研发平台的核心使用流程，能理解计算、存储、网络及训练任务之间的关系，将技术能力转化为产品需求。 4. 具备清晰的流程建模和交互设计能力，熟练使用Figma、Axure或同类工具，能完整定义状态流转、异常处理与验收用例。 5. 在多租户、权限配额、资源生命周期或训练实验管理中至少有一个方向的产品实践，能够阅读接口文档并参与技术方案讨论。 6. 具备需求分析、数据分析和跨团队协作能力，能在用户体验、研发成本与交付节奏之间做出有依据的取舍。 加分项 1. 有GPU云、AI训练平台、MLflow或同类实验管理产品经验。 2. 有具身智能、机器人研发工具或面向算法工程师的产品经验。
