负责LLD（Lean Line Design）产线设计，开展价值流分析（VSM）识别生产流程中的浪费与瓶颈，制定产线节拍策划方案，确保产能规划与产品需求匹配，编制SOP/CP/PFMEA等文件； 主导产线布局优化、物流动线设计及工位平衡分析，推动精益生产理念在产线设计中的落地应用； 参与阀点过阀交付物评审，提交TR阀点交付物； 负责产线设备选型评估、工装夹具方案评审及自动化导入可行性分析，支撑产线投资回报率（ROI）最优； 全程参与研发样机阶段试制过程，提出DFM改善意见并对接研发、测试等推动解决样件阶段的组装不良； 产业化落地阶段，负责代工厂驻场，确保交付质量并赋能代工厂； 承接ECR/ECN研发变更现场落地验证，评估变更对制造带来的影响； 跟踪EBOM/PBOM/MBOM物料问题，推动物料一致性核对； 对接PMC，协调排产与交付，对接SQE，处理物料异常并推动供应商端改善； 根据研发图纸开发整机装配生产工艺; 组织复盘，输出产业化总结报告；

职位要求 本科及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、电气工程、智能制造、工业工程、汽车、材料等相关专业； 5年以上智能硬件/机器人/机电一体化/汽车产业化管理经验，有产业化0-1落地经验； 具备强项目推进能力、问题解决能力、跨部门沟通与谈判能力、与客户的沟通能力； 具备成熟OEM/ODM产业化管理经验，熟悉IPD流程，以及交付与成本逻辑； 读懂机械图纸，掌握机械制图软件能力； 有人形机器人经验者优先； 精通问题分析解决者优先；
