职位概述 负责智元智算平台的硬件集成、裸机交付及资产管理，覆盖设备验收、操作系统与驱动固件基线、兼容性验证和故障闭环；与网络及计算团队协作，提供满足资源入池条件的服务器环境。 主要职责 1. 负责GPU服务器及相关硬件的到货验收、设备上架和交付检查，制定可执行的验收标准，跟进异常与供应商整改。 2. 建设裸机自动化装机与交付流程，维护操作系统、驱动和固件基线，执行版本验证、批量部署及回退检查。 3. 开展服务器、GPU、网卡及存储设备的兼容性验证和稳定性测试，记录配置差异，定位软硬件协同问题。 4. 维护资产、机柜、设备配置及交付台账，跟踪硬件保修、维修和RMA，确保资源信息准确及故障处理可追溯。 5. 开发批量巡检、环境检查及硬件诊断工具，与计算团队明确节点入池标准，完成交付验收和技术资料移交。 6. 协同网络、计算和SRE团队完成扩容与故障处理，核对物理连接、主机基线和节点交付状态，明确跨团队问题的处理与验收责任。

任职要求 1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验：3年以上服务器系统集成、基础设施自动化或数据中心交付经验，能够独立承担验收与交付任务；具有5年以上相关经验及批量交付项目经历者优先。 3. 熟悉Linux、服务器硬件及基础网络，具备GPU、网卡、存储等设备识别、配置核查和常见故障定位能力。 4. 具备批量装机、驱动固件管理及硬件兼容性验证经验，了解基线管理、版本回退和验收方法，能够独立推进设备交付。 5. 能够使用Python、Shell或Ansible完成自动化任务，熟悉PXE或同类装机方案，具备资产与环境数据维护经验。 6. 具备供应商协同、问题跟踪及技术文档编写能力，能够基于故障证据协调维修、RMA与复测，推动交付问题闭环。 加分项 1. 有NetBox、MAAS或同类工具建设经验，熟悉BMC、Redfish、IPMI等服务器管理接口。 2. 有GPU集群批量交付、硬件压力测试或机房资产治理经验，能够改进交付效率和设备可用性。
