（以下方向三选一） 数据生产运营 1. 与业务、算法及工程团队沟通，明确数据需求，制定数据采集、标注、质检及交付方案，推动项目计划落地； 2. 负责生产团队或合作伙伴团队的招募、培训、排班与管理，统筹采集场地、设备、物料与人力等全链路资源，确保采集、标注、审核等任务按计划完成； 3. 负责任务分配、进度跟进与资源协调，动态调整生产节奏，确保数据生产任务按计划交付并持续提升生产效率； 4. 跟进生产过程中的质量问题与数据使用反馈，持续优化采集标准、标注规则和质检流程，并沉淀标准化规范、通过培训赋能生产团队与合作伙伴团队，保障跨团队执行一致性。

现场软硬件运维 5. 负责采集现场机器人、传感器、采集工位、服务器及相关软硬件系统的日常运维，保障采集任务稳定开展； 6. 负责相机、激光雷达、RGB-D 相机、IMU、力传感器、机械臂零位、外部动捕或光捕设备等采集设备的标定、校验、异常排查与标定数据维护； 7. 负责采集系统电气部分的日常维护，包括工位电源、机器人充电、急停装置、安全回路、线束、连接器、接插件等设备的巡检、故障定位与维修闭环； 8. 负责设备资产、备件、线束、标定工具与运维物料的台账管理，跟踪设备借还、损耗、维修与更换情况，保障现场设备状态可追溯。

数据平台运维测试 9. 负责采集软件、数据上传链路、本地存储、日志系统、服务器软件及运维工具的部署、升级、测试与故障处理，及时定位采集失败、数据丢失、上传异常、版本异常等问题； 10. 负责标注平台、数据门户、检索服务等自研系统的功能测试、回归测试与接口测试，保障版本迭代质量； 11. 建设基础的自动化测试与监控告警能力，跟踪缺陷、度量质量、监控系统运行状态，推动问题闭环； 12. 记录并分析现场与平台运维问题，输出故障记录、巡检记录、标定记录与运维日报周报，沉淀常见问题处理流程与技术文档，配合数据运营、采集组长与供应商推动高频故障复盘与持续改进。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、自动化、电子电气、机器人、汽车工程等相关专业优先； 2. 3 年及以上数据采集、标注项目交付或团队管理经验，或设备运维、数据采集系统运维、软硬件技术支持经验，有机器人、智能驾驶、具身智能、自动化产线或实验室相关经验者优先； 3. 具备较强的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，对数据质量高度敏感，能基于生产与运维数据定位质量、效率与流程问题并推动复盘改进； 4. 熟悉 Linux / Windows 基础运维，掌握 Shell、Python 中至少一种脚本语言，能进行日志分析、软件部署与问题排查； 5. 了解 ROS、Docker、网络配置、服务器部署、数据上传链路或采集客户端运维； 6. 了解相机、激光雷达、IMU、力传感器、机械臂、电机、线束、电源与接插件等基础原理，具备基础软硬件联合排障能力； 7. 具备软件测试基础，能设计测试用例、开展功能与接口测试，了解自动化测试与 CI/CD 流程； 8. 具备较强的问题定位、现场响应、文档记录与跨团队沟通能力，能在采集任务紧急、设备问题频发的环境下推动问题闭环； 9. 责任心强，安全意识好，能接受排班、加班、阶段性出差或驻场工作安排。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 数据生产运营：统筹采集、标注、质检、交付全链路的任务排期、进度跟进与资源（场地、设备、物料、人力）协调，管理生产团队与合作伙伴，保障数据按计划、按质量交付。 2. 现场软硬件运维：负责采集现场机器人、传感器、电气与工位设备的日常运维、标定校验、故障排查与维修闭环，以及设备备件台账管理，保障采集任务稳定开展。 3. 数据平台运维测试：负责采集软件、上传链路、服务器及标注平台、数据门户、检索服务等系统的部署、升级、运维与功能/接口测试，建设基础监控告警，保障支撑数据生产的系统稳定可用。 4. 问题闭环与沉淀：记录分析现场与平台运维问题，输出运维记录与日报周报，推动高频故障复盘、流程优化与规范沉淀。
