The posting

1. 负责四足机器人多传感器（激光/视觉/IMU）融合感知、SLAM定位与三维路径规划算法的开发与优化；

2. 参与视觉语言导航相关算法的研发，实现基于VLM的智能导航与交互；

3. 完成从算法设计、仿真验证到真机部署的全流程工作，解决实际场景中的大场景高精度定位、动态避障、复杂地形适应等算法部署落地问题；

4. 构建和维护机器人导航系统的核心代码框架及模块，确保其高性能、高可靠性与可扩展性。

硕士及以上学历，计算机、机器人、自动化等相关专业，3年以上机器人导航算法研发经验；

扎实的算法基础：对于激光/视觉SLAM（如Fast-Lio, VINS）、路径规划（如A*, RRT， 轨迹优化）、感知（3D障碍物地图、目标检测、语义分割）、视觉语言导航其中至少一个方向精通；

强大的工程能力：精通C++/Python，熟练掌握ROS/ROS2，有导航算法产品化落地经验；

具备出色的分析解决问题能力和团队协作精神。

加分项：

在视觉语言导航、具身智能应用方面有项目经验或研究背景；

熟悉强化学习在导航中的应用，有Isaac Sim/Mujoco等仿真到真机迁移经验；

在ICRA、IROS、RSS等机器人顶级会议发表过相关论文。
