1. 3年以上制造业成本工程 / 采购成本管理经验，精通 should-cost 建模； 2. 懂机械加工工艺成本(齿轮加工、机加、热处理、装配)、结构件（压铸、锻造等）、PCBA等成本结构； 3. 强跨部门协同，推动数据收集与降本落地； 加分 有减速器/电机/精密传动 或 机器人执行器成本经验。
