岗位概述 搭建集团干部管理与领导力发展全流程体系，明确干部标准与行为准则，打通干部选拔、盘点、任用、赋能全链路，解决公司扩张期管理干部选拔无标尺、新任管理者转身无支撑、管理梯队断层的问题，打造高质量管理人才队伍。 岗位职责 1. 结合公司文化与业务特点，调研制定集团领导力准则、各层级干部胜任力标准，明确管理者能力标尺与行为要求；搭建干部管理全流程制度体系。 2. 牵头组织集团干部盘点与管理人才梯队建设，搭建各层级后备干部池，输出干部任用、调整与发展建议，支撑业务团队管理岗配置。 3. 设计并落地干部任命、上岗谈话、试用期评估等干部任用全流程机制；搭建新任管理者 90 天转身赋能体系，提供系统化转身支持与辅导。 4. 设计并操盘各层级领导力发展项目，持续提升管理者综合管理能力；建立干部管理运营指标，定期复盘体系运行效果并迭代优化。 5. 探索 AI 在干部能力测评、领导力评估、人才盘点分析等场景的应用，提升干部管理的精准度与运营效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，985/211 院校毕业，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理等相关专业，具备扎实的逻辑思维与学习能力。 2. 10 年及以上干部管理 / 领导力发展 / 组织发展相关工作经验，有互联网大厂、AI、机器人、高端制造、车企等行业经验优先；具备从 0 到 1 搭建集团级干部管理体系的完整项目经验。 3. 精通干部选拔任用、人才盘点、领导力发展的专业方法论与实操流程，有主导大型干部盘点、核心领导力项目的落地经验。 4. 具备极强的业务敏感度与人际洞察力，原则性强，具备优秀的沟通协调与推动能力，能快速理解业务管理痛点。 5. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏创业环境，能独当一面推进工作；主动关注 AI 在干部管理领域的应用，有相关实践经验优先。 【加分项】 有华为、腾讯、阿里、字节等头部企业干部管理 / 领导力发展 COE 从业经历；熟悉各类人才测评工具与数字化干部管理平台者优先。
