1. 主导产品硬件方案设计、器件选型、原理图设计与评审，主控平台聚焦于RK系列或同等级别的国产/NVIDIA/Intel低功耗高性能应用处理器； 2. 独立完成高速、高密度多层电路板（PCB）的设计与布局，核心传感器（MIPI摄像头、MIPI显示屏、高精度编码器、触觉传感器）设计最优的接口电路、时钟与电源方案； 3. 与嵌入式软件工程师深度合作，联合调试驱动程序、BSP，提供必要的硬件调试支持与设计迭代； 4. 编写硬件设计文档、测试规范，并协助解决试产、量产过程中的硬件问题，负责产品可制造性（DFM）与可测试性（DFT）优化；

1. 电子工程、通信工程、自动化等相关专业，统招本科及以上学历，3年以上嵌入式硬件开发经验 2. 具有基于瑞芯微RK系列、NVIDIA Jetson系列、或类似应用处理器平台的完整硬件设计、调试成功经验 3.具备高速数字电路（如DDR3/4, PCIe, USB3.0, MIPI CSI/DSI）的PCB设计与仿真（SI/PI）能力，能独立处理相关信号完整性问题； 4. 熟练掌握原理图与PCB设计工具（如Altium Designer, Cadence），能独立完成从原理图到Gerber输出的全流程； 5. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力（需同步产品，结构和软件团队），逻辑清晰，能快速响应设计需求，推动问题闭环；
