The posting

1.端到端负责人形机器人全身运动控制相关功能（SLAM 定位、路径规划、避障、运动执行）的整体测试，确保感知-决策-执行链路最终交付质量； 2.基于硬件形态（激光雷达、深度相机、IMU、里程计、关节伺服、力传感器等）与软件需求迭代，制定系统级、子系统级、接口级测试计划，识别质量风险并给出可落地的解决方案； 3.针对真实室内/室外场景，设计多维度测试矩阵（地面材质、光照变化、动态障碍物、楼梯/斜坡/狭窄通道、密集人群等），构建高覆盖度的用户场景与测试用例，执行自动化与手动测试，发布测试报告； 4.负责缺陷跟踪与根因定位：复现并分析定位在感知层（点云缺失、定位漂移）、决策层（路径不合理、碰撞风险）、执行层（跟踪误差、关节抖动）中产生的问题，推动算法、嵌入式、机械团队闭环解决，组织复盘并沉淀知识库； 5.与产品、场景运营团队一起参与实地 Demo 与用户体验活动，从安全、流畅度、拟人化表现等角度提出优化建议，推动体验指标落地； 6.主导测试工具链与自动化框架建设：包括仿真（Gazebo/Isaac Sim/ROS2）、硬件在环（HIL）、日志回放、数据驱动回归、性能/功耗监控、CI/CD 门禁等，持续提升团队测试效率与专业深度； 7.建立并维护运动控制质量指标体系（定位误差、路径成功率、避障成功率、关节跟踪误差、响应时延、跌倒率、功耗等），形成可视化 Dashboard，支持灰度发布与线上监控。

1.本科及以上学历，自动化、机器人、计算机、车辆工程、电子信息等相关专业，3 年及以上机器人或自动驾驶系统测试/测试开发经验，有人形机器人项目落地经验者优先； 2.熟悉激光雷达、深度相机、IMU、轮/足关节伺服、力传感器等关键器件的工作原理、标定方法及常见失效模式，能够在测试中快速定位硬件-软件耦合问题； 3.深刻理解 ROS/ROS2、MoveIt、Nav2、Gazebo、Mujoco 等机器人软件栈，熟悉 SLAM、路径规划、MPC/力控、碰撞检测算法的基本原理与测试方法； 4.熟练掌握 C/C++ 或 Python，能独立编写测试脚本、仿真插件、数据分析脚本及自动化框架，具备阅读算法代码并构造边界用例的能力； 5.具备扎实的系统思维与数据分析能力，能够基于大规模数据评估定位漂移、路径成功率、避障 Fail-Case；熟练使用 Matlab、Jupyter、Grafana 等工具进行离线及在线质量监控； 6.具备极强的责任心与安全红线意识，能在高复杂度机电系统中快速定位、复现并推动缺陷闭环； 7.良好的跨团队沟通与推动力，能够与算法、嵌入式、机械、产品、运维等多角色高效协作； 8.热爱机器人行业，乐于钻研前沿技术，积极参与开源社区或技术分享。
