岗位职责 评测体系搭建：负责具身智能模型评测框架的项目管理，协调团队完成感知、规划、控制等全链路指标的制定与落地。 数据质量保障：推进数据采集规范、质检工具、版本管理机制的建设，确保评测数据的可靠与可复现。 自动化评测闭环：统筹自动化评测流水线、失败案例分析、可视化看板等模块的交付，推动评测结果驱动模型优化。 Benchmark建设：管理标准化测试集与泛化场景集的建设与版本迭代，跟踪前沿评测方法。 跨团队协同：协调算法、数据、平台、硬件测试等多方资源，制定项目计划，识别风险，定期同步进展。

任职要求 本科及以上学历，3年以上AI/机器人/软硬件结合领域的项目管理经验； 熟悉评测或测试类项目的全流程，有从0到1搭建评测/测试体系的项目经历者优先； 具备优秀的跨团队沟通、资源协调与风险管理能力； 结果导向，能推动评测结果实际转化为模型能力提升。
